My room is available starting on May 26 in our 4 Bedroom, 3 story row house in Glover Park. I’m getting married and looking for someone to take my spot. You’d be joining my 3 wonderful Christian roommates (one is a member of MPC and the other 2 are members of Grace DC). Glover Park is a really safe, cute residential neighborhood with lots of families and young people. It is located right north of Georgetown and south of the National Cathedral. The house is steps away from a bus stop and a short walk (about a ½ mile) to all of the shops and restaurants on Wisconsin Avenue. You can drive to the Key Bridge and the Chain Bridge in 5-10 minutes, and it’s about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown DC.
The rent is $750 without utilities. The rent might go up to $775 in July, based on what our landlord has told us. Believe it or not, the price is a steal for this area. There is plenty of street parking.
