Sublet in Reston My husband and I are looking to move to a larger townhouse in the neighborhood but need to sublet our place in order to do that. We have a two story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse with a large deck and built in shed in the back. Utilities are all electric.
The townhouse is available as of March 1st. We are located in a great little neighborhood right off Reston Parkway. The Reston Town Center is in walking distance too.

My roommate and I are looking for a CF to take a third room in our home that will open up from February 1 – Jun 30, with the opportunity to renew for another year. The move-in date is flexible. Our house is lovely, bright, and spacious with plenty of parking and storage. About us: we’re two believers who are fun, laid-back, and respectful.
