The Fall 2009 Kick-off of D3 will be on September 27, 2009 and we hope your 4th, 5th & 6th graders, as well as their friends, will join us! This discipleship group, also called a ‘D-group’, is designed to give them a chance to dive more deeply into God’s Word. We will meet for a time of fun, fellowship, and learning followed by a time for small groups to meet to talk and pray in a more personalized atmosphere every other Sunday night. We will also get together monthly for fun activities, sometimes on a Friday night and sometimes on a Saturday! (See below for the link to the list of meeting dates).

D3 Retreat October 24-25
Our annual retreats are a time of great fellowship, teaching, and fun. We will again be going to Camp Fraser in Great Falls, VA for the second time this ministry year. Ed Sinclair, in coordination with the MPC Fellows and Billy Robinson, our Assistant Director, will be presenting a devotional theme for the weekend as well as games and other fun activities! Friends are welcome to attend so if you would like to bring them along, that would be great! We will be meeting at the camp on Saturday, April 17th at 12pm and returning Sunday, April 18th at 8:45am, in time for Sunday School.
D-56 Mission Trip 2010: Mission to Fairmont, WV
In partnership with Christ Community Church (PCA), our D3 short-term team will serve a needy local community in a word and deed ministry, repairing homes and developing close relationships with the host families. The Team will need to bring its own tools.

We offer a combined 5th & 6th grade Sunday School class for boys and girls during the 9:15am and 11am worship services. Your children are welcome to join us anytime!
