BLAST & Breakthrough Discipleship (D-Group) Leader(s)

• This position builds relationships with students, leads the study, and mentors them in their relationship with Christ.
• Service Hours/Frequency - Approximately 1.5 hours every other week, plus prep & follow-up
• Service Prerequisites - MPC Member or Regular Attender; Criminal background check; Have a desire to minister to Junior High & Senior High school students

BLAST/Breakthrough Retreat Chaperone(s)

• This position helps to plan & promote the retreat and enjoys fellowship with the students during the retreat.
• Service Hours/Frequency - Twice a year over a weekend, plus time as needed to help plan the retreat
• Service Prerequisites - MPC Member or Regular Attender; Criminal background check; Have a desire to minister to Junior High & Senior High school students

BLAST/Breakthrough Sunday School Staff Member(s)

• This position runs discussion and prayer groups after the Sunday school lesson, and enjoys fellowship with the students.
• Service Hours/Frequency - Twice a month on Sunday mornings, plus follow-up
• Service Prerequisites - MPC Member or Regular Attender; Criminal background check; Have a desire to minister to Junior High & Senior High school students

College Discipleship Leader(s)

• This position connects with & disciples students.
• Service Hours/Frequency - As you define it
• Service Prerequisites - MPC Member or Regular Attender; A love for students

Harvest Mentoring Couple(s)

• This position mentors singles, primarily in their 20’s, through relationship & hospitality.
• Service Hours/Frequency - Most Sunday nights 7-8:30PM
• Service Prerequisites - MPC Member; Has a love for singles; Invite singles into your life and home

Titus 2 Mentor(s)

• This position meets with younger women either one-on-one or in a small group to encourage a deeper faith.
• Service Hours/Frequency - Varies with the individual, but generally 3-6 hours/month
• Service Prerequisites - MPC member, one training session required
